HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Free standard delivery (by sea) is included and takes 25-35 days. You can upgrade to express delivery (by air) which takes 6-9 days.
Production of your custom design bean bag is 30 days.
Refund Policy
Your custom design bean bags are covered under our 12 month warranty. Any manufacturing defects or issues are covered by repair or replacement.
Because these bean bags are custom designed to your branding and colours, there's no change of mind refund available. However, we keep you involved in the design process and make sure you're happy with the design before we proceed to production.

Once you approve the design and make payment, production takes 30 days. Free standard delivery is included and takes 25-35 days. You can upgrade to 6-9 days express delivery for a fee.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, your custom design bean bags are covered under our 12 month warranty. Any manufacturing defects or issues are covered by repair or replacement. Because these bean bags are custom designed to your branding and colours, there's no change of mind refund available. However, we keep you involved in the design process and make sure you're happy with the design before we proceed to production.
How do I clean the bean bag?
We have two material options for the bean bag, with or without waterproofing. The waterproof material is hard wearing and suitable for outdoor use. It can be easily cleaned with a cloth, dampened with water. The non-waterproof material may stain with coloured liquids or food.
What can I customise?
You can change the colours on any panel of the beanbag (although we recommend the base be in our stronger black material which is harder wearing on the floor) and add your logo anywhere on the bean bag (except across the seams/joins). If you choose the comfort material, we can digitally print anything on the bean bag. Please note that we will not print anything that we consider graphic, sexually explicit or offensive.
Are these bean bags only for gaming?
No. While they are loved by gamers across the world, they are also used for watching movies, reading, watching sport, or anywhere that you want to chill out and enjoy the high back support of a Throne Boss bean bag.
