We dispatch within 1 business day. If you order early in the morning, it might even be dispatched the same day. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday, your order will ship the following business day (usually a Monday, except when there’s public holidays).

Here's the deal: You have a full 30 days from the date of your order to return your product and get a sweet refund. Yes, even if you've already taken it for a spin! We believe in second chances, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

To get the refund party started, just shoot us an email at gametime@throneboss.com within those 30 days. We'll give you the green light and guide you through the return process. You'll need to cover the return postage, except when the product arrives damaged or faulty. In those cases, we'll gladly refund your reasonable postage costs. Just make sure to let us know about any damage within 7 days of receiving your order, okay?

Now, listen up! Gift cards are like magic tickets to happiness, so they're not eligible for returns. We know it's a bummer, but don't worry, we've got plenty of other goodies for you to choose from.

To make your return a piece of cake, we'll need a little something from you: a receipt or proof of purchase. It's like our secret handshake to confirm that we're on the same fun-filled page.

Sometimes, there are situations where we can only offer partial refunds. For example, if an item is no longer in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control. If it's a go, get ready for the magic to happen! We'll process your refund and send it zooming back to your original method of payment within 3-7 days. Just a heads up: If you used AfterPay or Zippay, we'll have to deduct the BNPL fees (around 6%) because, well, they won't refund that to us. But don't worry, this only applies to change of mind refunds, not warranty claims.
